Đivine Quality Carpet Care’s 
Terms and Conditions. 
Please take some time to review this agreement. 
Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Terms And Conditions:

1.Carpet Cleaning - Pricing And Quotations:
a) Divine Quality Carpet Care considers average room sizes when calculating the price over the telephone, in person or via email.

2.Payment:
a) The Customer agrees to pay the price quoted by Divine Quality Carpet Care in full prior to or at the time of Service, unless otherwise agreed and signed contract at least 24 hours in advance with Divine Quality Carpet Care. 
b) If no payment has been made by the Service Time, Divine Quality Carpet Care will use reasonable endeavors to contact the Customer for payment.
c) In the event that Divine Quality Carpet Care cannot contact the Customer or payment is not made by the time of Service, the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the Service.
d) Divine Quality Carpet Care will not accept in any form of payment via bond monies received at a later date by a Customer renting a commercial or private property.
e) If payment has been organized through a Real Estate Agent, Divine Quality Carpet Care shall provide the Real Estate Agent with an invoiced receipt and not the Customer renting the property.  
f) If you are a private paying customer we require total amount in full plus your future address prior to commencing work on your property.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, check or in cash. Bank details for bank transfers will be made available to the Customer at the time of request.
Check payments should be made payable to Đivine Quality Carpet Care. Checks will only be accepted by commercial business customers/real estates etc. Private customers who wish to direct deposit are required to have the funds in our account prior to commencement of works.

3.Late Payment Fees 
a) Divine Quality Carpet Care has agreed to invoice the Customer for payment of fees after the Service agreement has been completed, the Customer agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 24 hours of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
b) If payment has not been received in full within 24 hours a late payment fee of 5% of the total amount is applicable per day until full payment is made.  
c) In addition to the amounts set out above, the Customer agrees to indemnify Divine Quality Carpet Care for all legal cost and other expenses incurred by Divine Quality Carpet Care in connection with a demand, action, or other proceeding (including mediation, out of court settlement or any action taken for recovery of debt from the Customer) arising out of a breach of these terms including the failure by the Customer to pay an amount by the due date.

4.Liability:
a) Đivine Quality Carpet Care shall not be liable for any third parties or their actions who enter or are present at the Customer's premises during the cleaning visit. The cleaners cannot be relied on to grant access to the property to any third parties without prior written permission from the Customer.
b) Items excluded from the cleaning company's liability include: Cash, jewelry, art, antiques and items of sentimental value. Refund for items of sentimental/personal value will be made only at its current cash value.c) Divine Quality Carpet Care requests all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away.d) We are not responsible for any existing damage to Customers property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages etc. which cannot be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaning operative using the industry standard cleaning methods.
e) Divine Quality Carpet Care shall not be liable for the shrinkage of carpets as a result of poor fitting.
